Traditional Martial Arts are practiced in the Taekwondo style, for ages 7 through adult.

At the Clear Creek – Gilpin Academy of Martial Arts

New and drop-in students of all ages are always welcome. Wear comfortable exercise clothes! You will learn forms and techniques passed down through the generations from Karate and classic Kung Fu, and how to apply these techniques for modern practical benefits, such as:

Flexibility and balance.
Cardio and weight loss.
Hand to hand self-defense against larger and stronger opponents.
Self defense against weapons.
Sporting events such as tournaments and sparring.
Martial Arts Weapons Training with Bo, Tonfa, Kama, Sai, Cane, & Sword.
Overall mental and physical wellbeing.

The individual attention you receive at our small classes is balanced by our large group events, where we come together with all five schools of the Mountain Academy of Martial Arts for promotion testing, tournaments, and demonstrations. #mamatkd
